Caorle’s environment

Caorle is located in the Upper Adriatic, between Trieste and Venice, it is a tourists’ heart where the sand meets the charm and history.

Its coast is 18 km long and made by a gold and thin sand. It is a sea city which live for tourism and fishing, as it can be seen by arriving and admiring the boats that sails along the dock and the hotels on the skyline.

The municipal territory is 151,39 kmq and boarders on east, through the lagoon, with San Michele al Tagliamento – Bibione, north with Concordia Saggittaria and Portogruaro, at west with San Stino and Eraclea.

South blends with the Adriatic Sea, where Livenza river flows (between Caorle and Porto Santa Margherita).
