Terms

The prices are inclusive of VAT* and include the use of the chosen apartment, private beach (during the vacation’s period) with a beach umbrella and two beach loungers per apartment and parking for one car.
The total cost does not include the tourist tax of € 1.00 / person / day (children up to 12 years old are exempt), which will be paid separately.

* We reserve the right to vary prices in the event of a VAT increase.

Deposit for booking confirmation of apartments: 30% of the amount to be paid within 15 days from the date of booking confirmation by the management.

BOOKING IS TO BE CONFIRMED ON RECEIPT OF THE DEPOSIT

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The check-in takes place from 14,00 on the day of arrival.
If your arrival is expected after 20.00, we kindly ask you to inform us.
The check-out with delivery of the parking card, the room key and the beach place and it takes place at 10.00 on the day of departure.
To facilitate the check-out procedures, we kindly ask you to pay the bill the day before departure.
In case of early departure compared to the booking period, the customer will have to pay the agreed sum at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation of the reservation will be charged:

Up to 15 days before arrival: 10% of the total vacation
From 15 to 5 days before arrival: 15% of the total vacation
From 5 to 1 day before arrival or no show: 30% of the total vacation (deposit)

SUPPLEMENTS
Extra breakfast at our bar: € 5.00 per person per day (cappuccino, brioche and juice).
Chance of continental breakfast to be agreed with Pier Giovanni.

Small dogs on request: € 5.00 per day (food not included).
Dog owners must collect the droppings of their pets and must never leave them free or unattended.

It is forbidden to smoke inside all the rooms of the apartments.
In case of violation, € 200.00 will be charged for cleaning the room and washing the furniture.

We decline all responsibility for objects forgotten in the apartments or lost.
For your safety, we ask you not to leave valuables and objects unattended, but to store them in the safes in the rooms.

Wi-fi: the wi-fi service is free and accessible throughout the structure.
